Standard Terms of Business

These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern the relationship between Inachee Limited and it’s related entities including subsidiaries and affiliates (“Inachee” "We", "Us", "Our") and any client or entity ("You", "Client") purchasing or engaging in our professional services, including but not limited to financial modeling, strategy advisory, sector reviews, digital products, courses, and outsourced CFO/bookkeeping services (“Agreement”).
Standard terms of Business
Services
We agree to provide services as outlined in the relevant scope of work, order form, or proposal. The nature and deliverables of each engagement may vary based on the selected package or project agreement.
Payment Terms

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.

For recurring services, invoices will be issued on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Payment must be made via accepted methods (e.g., Stripe, bank transfer) within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke and knowledge-based nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If no work has started, written notice may be given to cancel within 48 hours of order placement.
Electronic Communications Disclaimer
Inachee may communicate with the Client via telephone, mail, email, or online portal. While reasonable precautions are taken, Inachee does not guarantee security or timely delivery of communications transmitted electronically. The Client assumes all risks associated with electronic transmission, including delays, interception, or misdelivery.
Use of Technology and Client Consent
Client acknowledges and agrees that Inachee utilizes various technologies, including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, and artificial intelligence (AI) tools, to deliver efficient and effective services. By entering into any engagement, Client consents to the use of such technologies in the provision of services.
Inachee adheres to industry best practices and complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and confidentiality. Specifically, Inachee ensures that:

No confidential client information is input into AI solutions lacking adequate confidentiality and security protections;

Client information is anonymized when necessary to protect client identity;

Regular consultations with IT and cybersecurity professionals are conducted to maintain stringent security protocols.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide timely, accurate financial documentation;

Maintain connectivity and access to necessary systems;

Respond to information requests within 5 business days.

Confidentiality
Each party shall maintain confidentiality over proprietary or sensitive information received under this Agreement.

Ownership of Work Product
Client shall own deliverables produced under the Agreement. Inachee retains ownership of proprietary tools and templates.
Non-Investment, Tax & Legal Advice
Inachee does not offer or provide formal investment, Tax or legal advice. Information or guidance provided is intended to be supplemental and must not be construed as formal investment or legal advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with qualified financial advisors, tax advisors or legal counsel for formal advice. Inachee shall not be liable for any decisions made by the Client based on the information provided, and it is the Client's responsibility to seek professional guidance for their investment, tax and/or legal matters.

Non-Solicitation
Client agrees not to solicit, hire, or directly engage any Inachee employee or contractor assigned to their account for 12 months following termination of the Agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Inachee’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be addressed through mediation, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration under rules in England and Wales.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
Client acknowledges that forecasts, projections, or recommendations provided by Inachee are based on available information and professional judgment but do not constitute guarantees of future financial or business outcomes.

Amendments
The Agreement may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties.
Entire Agreement
The Agreement, including these terms of service, represents the entire understanding and supersedes prior oral or written agreements.

Force Majeure
Inachee shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages, pandemics, or labor disputes.
Acceptance
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Business.
